Real Estate. Real Results.
The quiet end of the Caribbean.
A private brokerage on Bonaire, advising a small number of owners and buyers at a time. Discreet, prepared in full, and represented by one broker from the first appointment to the notary’s table.

Oasis Real Estate · Bonaire
IThe practice
A brokerage built on preparation.
Oasis advises owners and buyers of residential and commercial property on Bonaire. The practice is small by intention rather than by circumstance.
Selling here is not the exercise it is elsewhere. There is no multiple listing service, title passes before a civil-law notary, and a significant share of land is held on long lease from the island. We prepare the file first and offer it second — slower to begin, materially faster to conclude.
IIThe island
Bonaire, at eye level.
Ninety square miles of leeward coast, a reef that begins at the shoreline, and a town that has never needed to be large. This is the island a buyer actually arrives on.
IIIWhere we work
The whole island, district by district.
Thirty-nine kilometres from Boca Bartol to Willemstoren, and the difference between two districts a mile apart can be the whole of a decision.
- KralendijkThe town. Everything walkable, the notaries, the harbour, and the highest density on the island.
- Sabadeco & Santa BarbaraNorth of town, on the hill and the terraces above it. Views, larger houses, mostly freehold.
- BelnemThe southern coastal strip below the airport. Larger plots, sea on one side, and quiet.
- Hato, Republiek & NikibokoNorth and inland of Kralendijk. Established, mixed, residential, and the shortest commute on the island.
- Lac Bay & the southThe windward lagoon and the salt pans. Protected land, limited stock, and a different climate of demand.
- Rincon & the northThe old village in the valley, and the national park beyond it. Land is scarcer here and the character is entirely its own.
IVHow we work
Three ways in.
Buying on Bonaire
What the island does differently — no MLS, the notary, eigendom and erfpacht, kosten koper — and a calculator that puts real numbers against all of it.
The buyer’s guideWhat is it worth?
How a property is prepared, evidenced and priced here, and a guided valuation you can work through yourself before you ever speak to us.
