Oasis was founded to do a small number of things properly, on an island where a great deal is still done on trust and memory.

To represent every client beyond what a brokerage is expected to give.
Questions are answered the same day. Documents are secured before they are asked for. The work continues past the point at which the obligation ends. None of that is remarkable in itself; doing it on every file, without exception, is the whole of the practice.
IIOur vision
That a property on Bonaire should be sold on evidence, not on atmosphere.
The island has no multiple listing service, and therefore no register of what anything actually sold for. That absence is usually filled with confidence. We would rather fill it with work: comparables gathered by hand and labelled as the asking prices they are, tenure established before a price is put on it, and every document a buyer’s notary will want assembled before the property is shown to anyone.

- Comparables presented as asking prices, because that is what they are here
- Every offer put to you in writing, including the ones we would not take
- No client money held by this office — the notary holds it, as it should be

- Photography and marketing funded by this office, not billed to you

Broker and Owner
Madison founded Oasis after a career in residential and commercial real estate in the United States, latterly with one of Michigan’s highest-producing teams, where her closed volume exceeded $30 million. That practice continues in Florida, where she is licensed with the Jonathan Postma Group at Coldwell Banker Realty in Boca Raton.
Her career began alongside one of the country’s leading attorneys — an apprenticeship in negotiation, discretion and the close reading of contracts that continues to govern how every Oasis file is handled. She lives and works on Bonaire.
